Samuel Brent Oscar "Sam" Riegel, also known as Sam Regal, is an American voice actor who provided the voice of Josh Carter in ObsCure.
He also voiced 2 characters in that other survival horror franchise, Resident Evil. He voiced Steve Burnside in the railshooter spinoff game The Darkside Chronicles And in Revelations 2 he voice a character called "Gabriel Chavez". His name is spelled as "Sam Regal".
Other works include voicing characters such as Donatello in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated television series and several TMNT video games as well as Spider-Man/Peter Parker in The Amazing Spider-Man video game series.
